Utilising a non-invasive approach, this method proficiently detects pinhole leaks and defects within 99% of diverse roofing membranes. Identified defects in the roofing membrane are pinpointed within a millimetre accuracy, ensuring precise results. The testing is applicable to flat or low-pitched roofing surfaces. Two distinct tests, namely the 'wet test' and 'dry test,' are tailored to specific job requirements, considering factors like weather conditions and the type of construction in question such as insulation and deck composition. This process eliminates guesswork, delivering comprehensive and accurate results.
Leak Point Survey
Conducting a leak point investigation involves replicating diverse rain scenarios to identify the precise location where water is penetrating a property causing a leak. Systematically simulating different rainfall styles aids in a methodical process of elimination, starting from the lowest point and progressing through stages to pinpoint vulnerabilities in the building envelope. This comprehensive approach provides a clear understanding of what is waterproof and highlights areas needing attention, accompanied by recommendations.
