High Voltage Dry Testing
If you need to find the source of a pinhole leak quickly, or a visual search has identified no visible holes, high voltage dry testing is the ideal solution.
A test electrode, in the form of a brush, rolling spring, or probe, is passed over the surface. If there’s a pinhole leak, the current arcs through the non-conductive surface through to the test electrode, producing a spark and an audible signal.

Low Voltage Wet Testing
Ideal for thin surfaces or identifying multiple leak points, low voltage wet testing is a thorough, safe, and non-invasive way of discovering leaks and where water is flowing from..
A wire is laid around the test area and connected to a generator. Water is applied to the roof, either from rain or deliberate wetting, and the roof is scanned with a handheld detector. If there’s a leak point, the detector identifies it.
We can carry out electronic leak detection across a wide range flat roof membranes and have experience conducting tests for a variety of industries.

Moisture Mapping
Moisture mapping detects water trapped within the layers of a roof. This helps you identify which parts of your roof are affected by moisture and which parts are dry and in good condition.
Our skilled team uses highly specialist equipment including Tramex machines and moisture meters, to thoroughly check every millimetre of your roof and prevent further deterioration.
